01Request deletion
Send an email to hello@servicenitro.com with the subject line “Data deletion request.” In the message, include the name, email address, phone number, or company website associated with your information so we can locate the correct records.
Do not send passwords, government identification numbers, full payment-card numbers, or other sensitive information in your request. If you are acting for another person, explain your authority to make the request.
02What we delete
After we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify personal information in Service Nitro systems that we control and that we are not required to retain. This can include:
- Contact details and business information submitted through a Service Nitro form.
- Appointment and qualification information associated with your request.
- Messages and support records that are eligible for deletion.
- Advertising and measurement identifiers associated with your request where deletion is technically available.
We will also send appropriate deletion or suppression instructions to relevant service providers when required and reasonably available. Information held directly by Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, a calendar provider, an advertising account, or another third party is also subject to that provider’s own privacy policy and deletion controls.
03Verification and timing
We may ask for additional details to verify that you are the person connected to the information. This protects against someone else deleting or accessing another person’s records. We use verification details only for handling the request and security.
We will acknowledge and process a verified request within the time required by applicable privacy law. We will confirm when deletion is complete or explain what information must be retained and why. Some systems may require a short additional period to remove information from backups or logs.
04Limited exceptions
We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, complete a transaction, prevent fraud or security abuse, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, maintain required business records, or protect legal rights. We may also retain information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it cannot reasonably identify you.
Deleting your information may prevent us from responding to a request, maintaining an appointment, providing a trial, or continuing a business relationship. You may separately ask us to stop marketing communications without deleting service or legal records.
